  • We currently deliver on Sundays to the following postcodes: SE6, SE4, SE23, and SE13.
  • Our delivery window is typically between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.  Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and demand, but generally fall within the stated time frame.

2. Ordering and Payment:

  • Customers can place orders through our website.
  • We accept most credit / debit cards.

3. Freshness Guarantee:

  • Ingredients are sourced from trusted suppliers to ensure freshness and quality.
  • All food items are prepared on the day of delivery to maintain their freshness and flavour.

4. Packaging:

  • Our packaging is designed to preserve the freshness and integrity of the food.
  • We use eco-friendly containers and packaging materials whenever possible to minimize our environmental impact.

5. Delivery Process:

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email or SMS once their order is placed.
  • We strive to deliver orders within the specified time frame.
  • In the event of any delays or issues, customers will be promptly notified.

6. Order Issues and Resolutions:

  • If customers are dissatisfied with their order due to quality issues or incorrect items, they must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include a refund or replacement.

  • Our customer support team is available daily during (7:00 pm to 9:00 pm) to assist with any enquiries, concerns, or feedback regarding our fresh food delivery service.
