My Carib-Baby is a service that provides fresh, authentic Caribbean baby provisions and fruits, freshly prepared and delivered straight to your doorstep. The food is prepared using fresh, natural ingredients and tailored for babies from 6-12 months old.

How does fresh baby food delivery work?

Simply select the baby food items you'd like to order from our menu, place your order online or through our mobile app, and choose your preferred delivery date and time. We will prepare the fresh baby food and deliver it to your doorstep as scheduled.

The containers have tamper security tabs, are recyclable, BPA Free, are freezable and microwaveable.

What ingredients are used in the baby food?

We use only the freshest, natural ingredients in our baby food recipes. Our products are carefully selected to ensure they meet the highest standards for quality and safety. We avoid additives, preservatives, and artificial flavours.

Is My Carib-Baby food suitable for all ages?

Our menu is currently designed from the ages from 6 to 12 months which offer a range of textures and flavours. Please check the product descriptions or contact us for more information - hello@mycarib-baby.co.uk.

Are Your Products Allergy Free?

We take allergies and dietary restrictions seriously.  Foods may contain any one of the 14 allergens, as we do not operate an allergy free kitchen. This unfortunately, may not be suitable for your baby, so advisable to refrain from ordering.  We provide detailed ingredient lists for each baby food item to help you make informed choices.

How should I store the baby food?

Our baby food is delivered fresh and should be refrigerated upon arrival. Fruits can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For longer-term storage, you can freeze in their original containers for up to 3 months.

How Do I Warm Up The Product?

Containers can be emptied and warmed up in a saucepan or microwaved directly in the container. It is advisable not to reheat foods more than once, so heat up small amounts at a time.

How Is Your Food Transported?

Food is transported in cooler bags and keeps it at the same temperature for several hours.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, we offer this option. You can select a minimum order to the value of £35.

What is your return and refund policy?

My Carib-Baby strive for customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our baby food. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement.

How Far In Advance Can I Pre-Order?

You can pre-order up to 7 days in advance.

Can I cancel My Order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please give 24 hours notice.
