Refund Policy

This policy sets out the returns policy for items purchased online through My Carib-Baby.

1. Orders can only be cancelled if the request is made within 24 hours prior to delivery.

2. Orders that have already been prepared or scheduled for delivery cannot be cancelled.

3. If you cancel your food order within the specified time frame and the order has not yet been prepared or scheduled for delivery, you may be eligible for a full refund.

4. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the order.

5. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank, as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

6. For customized food orders, such as personalized meals or special dietary requests, changes or cancellations may be limited once the order preparation process has begun.

7. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations for customized orders once they are in progress.

8. If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

9. Failure to adhere to the specified time frames or procedures outlined in this policy may result in the inability to modify or cancel your food order, and you may be responsible for the full cost of the order.

10. By placing a food order with My Carib-Baby, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy regarding changes of mind on food orders.
